Join us at Artful Living this year as we celebrate 35 years of helping struggling families thrive. This is an evening of unique art, exquisite wine, craft beer, live music, delectable food and strengthening the community. We look forward to seeing you on Thursday, May 2, 2019 at the Country Club of Fairfax. Proceeds benefit thousands of struggling families and individuals supported by Britepaths.

Special Need: Live Auction Items! We are seeking to offer beach/vacation home use, experiences and other special items in our Live Auction.

Sponsorship Levels and Benefits

Avant-Garde : $15,000
  • Logo and name recognition in all promotional materials, including signage, printed and internet promotions, press releases, event website and social media
  • Opportunity to introduce the client speaker during the program
  • Full page ad in event program
  • 15 tickets to the event
  • Personal meet and greet with Britepaths’ leaders
  • Opportunity to provide gift bags or branded item
  • Opportunity to provide volunteers for the art sale or chair the event planning committee
Expressionist: $10,000
  • Logo and name recognition in all promotional materials, including signage, printed and internet promotions, press releases, event website and social media
  • 1/2 page ad in event program
  • 10 tickets to the event

  • Opportunity to provide volunteers for the event planning committee or serve at the event check-out
Impressionist: $5,000

  • 1/4 page ad in event program

  • Opportunity to provide volunteers for the event planning committee
Classical: $3,000

  • Business card sized ad in the event program
  • 4 tickets to the event
  • Opportunity to provide printedmarketing material for gift bag
  • Opportunity to provide volunteers for the event planning committee
Curator: $1,000
  • Name recognition in all promotional materials, including signage, printed and internet promotions, press releases, event website and social media
  • Listing in the event program
  • 2 tickets to the event
  • Opportunity to provide printed marketing material for gift bag
  • Opportunity to provide volunteers for the event planning committee

Signature Sponsorship Opportunities

These exclusive sponsorship opportunities below help us deliver high quality and unique elements to the event. In return for your generous sponsorship, you will find recognition benefits associated with each level.

Printing: $2,000

Your company name on invitations, event program, event signage and flyers as the printing sponsors (Deadlines apply). Your staff can volunteer at the registration table.

Bar Sponsor: $2,000

Your company name prominently placed at the bar where many guests will partake of some signature wine and craft beers.

Dessert Sponsor: $1,500

Provide the desserts and have your company name on the dessert table. Get creative and come up with a unique display for your delectable confections! You can provide volunteers for the dessert table to talk to guests all about your business!

Photo Booth Sponsor: $1,000

Your company name/logo prominently placed on the keepsake photo that guests will receive after stepping out of the exciting photo booth complete with props.

Juried Art Sponsor: $1,000

Your company name will be featured on the People’s Choice award ballots and alongside the Judge bios in the event program. A representative from your company can announce the winner!

Auction Sponsor: $500

Your name will be featured on the live auction materials to include the live auction presentation, and package descriptions featured online and in email communications.

In-Kind Support

Your in-kind donation to help further reduce our event expenses are welcome. We will acknowledge you or your company as the donor of any of the in-kind items you contribute toward the event. Items needed include:

  • Live Auction Items (i.e. Beach Houses, Sports Tickets (Corporate Suites), Unique Experiences, etc.) - minimum value $500
  • Floral Decorations
  • Signature art pieces (please refer to the call for art guidelines)
  • Advertising: Print/TV/Radio
Important Deadlines
Friday, March 8: Deadline to  be listed as a printing underwriter on invitations.
Friday, March 22: Deadline to be included in all media releases.
Friday, April 5: Deadline to get artwork in for event program ads. Deadline to be listed as a printing sponsor on event program.
