John McWilliams

John is a corporate transactional attorney at Reed Smith LLP in Tysons Corner, specializing in mergers and acquisitions and corporate governance. He has lived in Fairfax County with his family since 2013, and has served on the Board of Directors of Britepaths since 2019. John believes in the mission and guiding principles of Britepaths and is committed to uplifting our communities. He also serves as legal counsel to other nonprofit charitable organizations in the D.C. and Northern Virginia region.
