Computer-Tech Instructor

Britepaths is seeking a bright individual to teach AWS and Google IT to adult students. Position location is in Lorton/Mt. Vernon area of Alexandria, Virginia and virtual. 35 hrs/week, hourly, $35/hr-$38/hr, start immediately. Bachelor’s Degree is preferred, however experience and certification is required. Workforce Development training and experience preferred. Must have 2 years of experience educating adults and/or high school students. Special Education and ESOL experience preferred. Must be proficient in Microsoft Powerpoint and Word. Must have excellent presentation and written skills. Must be highly organized, strong attention to detail, and be able to work independently. Must have own transportation.  Mostly daytime hours, M-F.  Flexible schedule during breaks in class sessions. Outreach Manager

Britepaths is seeking a bright individual to manage organizational volunteers, conduct outreach and assist with communications. Position location is in Fairfax. $24/hr, 35hrs/wk, hourly, start immediately. Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Advertising, or related field preferred, Associates Degree acceptable. A minimum of four years of progressively responsible experience, with two years supervisory experience. Candidate must have a proven track record of volunteer management. Additionally, must have experience with social media management. Experience with event planning is preferred. Experience in a goal- and team-oriented environment, with a willingness to meet measurement criteria for projects; and an ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Must have self-motivation, excellent planning and organizational skills. Hands-on ability to work with computer programs and has a proficiency in MS Office.
