Temporary Workforce Development Specialist and Instructor

Britepaths is seeking a substitute Adult Basic Education instructor for a class scheduled in late April through end of June 2021, Monday through Friday, 1pm-4pm. The position may be open to permanent position, in which case, classes are three times per year; fall, winter and spring. Additional duties of workforce development counseling would apply and 35 hours per week.

Bachelor’s Degree required, preferably in education. Workforce Development training and experience preferred.  Must have 5 years of experience educating adults and/or high school students.  Special Education and ESOL experience preferred. Must be proficient in Microsoft Powerpoint and Word. Must have excellent presentation and written skills. Google classroom skills preferred.  Must be highly organized, strong attention to detail, and be able to work independently. Programs Manager

Britepaths is seeking a bright individual to serve as Programs Manager. Must be proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and Publisher; must have excellent verbal and written communication skills. Social media skills and public speaking experience required. Must be highly organized, strong attention to detail, and be able to work independently. Must have own transportation. Flexible hours, and virtual work possible. Must be available during core hours, 10 am-2 pm. Some evenings and weekends required. High school diploma required.
