Aryan Banda
Bonner Leader - Financial Empowerment Coordinator
Aryan Banda joined Britepaths in September 2026 as a Britepaths Financial Empowerment Coordinator through George Mason University’s Bonner Leader Program, a civic engagement work-study program that aims to create hands-on change by partnering with local organizations.
As a member of the Financial Empowerment Center (FEC) team, Aryan supports workshops, financial assistance, and coaching appointments with clients to help the underserved communities that he grew up in. He will also be working on administrative tasks, data management, research/capstone projects, and partnership development as he continues to work at Britepaths.
Previously, Aryan co-chaired Tech Youth Empowerment, a nonprofit organization, to provide free STEM workshops for underserved children across Fairfax County. Aryan and over 100 volunteers served more than 2,000 students in the county, an accomplishment he is very proud of. Aryan also interned with the Office of Senator Pekarsky to assist with constituents across communities in Fairfax.
Outside of Britepaths, Aryan is continuing to pursue his dual concentration in finance and accounting at George Mason University, where he is focusing on financial planning, wealth management, and consulting services. He hopes to combine his academic and professional experiences to create financial-driven solutions for social impact in the DMV.
In his free time, Aryan loves trying new restaurants with friends and family at his hometown of Fairfax/Centreville.
