Geraldine Maldonado

Geraldine Maldonado joined Britepaths in August 2026 as Pathways Navigator, bringing more than six years of case management experience in nonprofit and government settings. In her role, Geraldine works one-on-one with neighbors and their families to navigate Britepaths’ services and connect with resources that align with their goals.

Throughout her career, Geraldine has served diverse populations in Virginia and Colorado, developing expertise in client advocacy, crisis intervention, and resource coordination. Her experience has strengthened her ability to meet people where they are, identify resources and opportunities, and support individuals and families as they navigate immediate challenges and work toward greater economic stability.

Geraldine holds a B.S. in Psychology from Virginia Commonwealth University, with a minor in Sociology. Born in Bolivia and raised in Burke, Virginia, she is passionate about giving back to her community and brings that commitment to her work at Britepaths.

Geraldine lives in Northern Virginia with her husband, their one-year-old son, and their two dogs. In her free time, she enjoys visiting local parks with her son and watching a good Netflix series.
