Back to School 2022: Thank You for Helping Our Kids!

Britepaths is so grateful to all of our supporters and sponsors for donating funds and backpacks to our Back to School program in July and August 2022. We were able provide 2,500 school supply kits and 375 new backpacks to help students in need at our FCPS partner schools start off the school year with the tools they need to succeed.

Britepaths partnered with Fairfax County Public Schools in the Fairfax High School and Justice High School pyramids. Our partnership with Herndon-based company Campus Survival Kits helped us purchase pre-assembled supply kits for $10-$15 per kit. Ten local businesses and organizations served as backpack donation sites. The backpacks were distributed to schools in the Fairfax High School pyramid.

Britepaths has provided Back to School assistance to local students in need since 1997. Since 2011, we have partnered with Fairfax County’s Collect for Kids initiative as part of a public-private partnership to ensure that as many Fairfax County Public Schools students in need as possible receive school supply assistance at the start of the school year.
