3 Cups of Coffee

All It Takes is 3 Cups of Coffee® to Wake Up Your Career -- Or Help Someone Wake Up Theirs!

3 Cups of Coffee® is a unique mentoring opportunity that pairs underemployed or unemployed men and women with a mentor who is a professional in the mentee’s desired job sector. The mentor and mentee meet three times over a six-week period in a local coffee shop, café, or other casual environment that fosters rapport. During these meetings, the mentor and mentee discuss issues commonly faced by people attempting to enter or re-enter the job market. These issues include professional networking; job interviewing; and career planning. 3 Cups of Coffee® mentors bring a wealth of experience and knowledge to help steer mentees toward their best career opportunities.

3 Cups of Coffee is NOT a job placement program. Rather, it is a wonderful workforce development opportunity.
