Hygiene Kits for Community Wellness – April 18, 2026
Sign up to help assemble hygiene kits for local families: https://www.signupgenius.com/go/30E0C4AA4AC2EAB9-63297228-personal#/.
Britepaths is a Fairfax-based nonprofit dedicated to providing short-term safety-net services to our Northern Virginia neighbors experiencing a financial crisis as they work toward long-term self-sufficiency. As part of our upcoming in-person Financial Empowerment workshops, we are distributing 100 hygiene kits to families in Arlington, VA, and we need your help assembling them!
This is a hands-on way to make a positive impact in just a few hours. SNAP benefits do not cover personal hygiene and household cleaning items, and can be unaffordable for the families we serve. Making and providing these kits is an important source of support alongside our Financial Empowerment services.
This opportunity is perfect for individuals who enjoy hands-on service projects and want to support the health and well-being of local families directly. Teens are welcome to volunteer, and youths under 14 must volunteer with an adult.
If you cannot stay for the entire shift, please indicate your available time in the Comments section when you register.
Our office is located at 3959 Pender Dr., Suite 200, Fairfax, VA 22030.
