Aisha Ali

Aisha Ali serves as the Senior Director of Development and Communications at Britepaths. In this role, Aisha leads the organization’s fundraising and communications efforts, working to build lasting support for Britepaths’ programs.

Before joining Britepaths, Aisha served as Executive Director of Career Girls, where she diversified funding to scale an in-school educational program. In 2023, Aisha earned recognition from The White House for her leadership in STEM education equity. She brings over a decade of experience designing and implementing youth-centered programs that advance equity and access.

Aisha’s career reflects a deep commitment to community empowerment. Aisha attended New York University and sits on the board of a nonprofit dedicated to advancing education, economic empowerment, and cultural inclusion for Black families. She is based in Fairfax and continues to volunteer her time to support inclusive community-building efforts and events.
