In this role, she supports client outreach, collects and analyzes client history data, assists with data entry, and helps manage a variety of programs and projects that Britepaths runs to serve the community. She is employed part-time at Britepaths through the Bonner Leader Program, a work-study program focused on civic engagement and social change.

She is passionate about supporting underserved and underrepresented communities and strives to be a resource for those in need. Prior to joining Britepaths, Maraki volunteered as a tutor for several nonprofit organizations that provide educational resources to low-income students and families. She has also volunteered with her local Fairfax library, working to make its programs and resources more accessible and engaging for youth.
