History of Pathfinder Kitchen
Pathfinder Kitchen was launched in February 2024 as part of Britepaths' comprehensive workforce development efforts, initially serving individuals in the Taking Root program. The pilot focused on preparing clients with culinary skills and job readiness training, including resume development, interview techniques, and financial literacy through Britepaths' Financial Empowerment Center. The program is designed to address immediate needs for job skills and readiness and to support participants in achieving their empowerment goals.
