Britepaths' Food Bridge Program helps "bridge the gap" for our Fairfax County area neighbors during a time of crisis.
Thank you for helping us Stuff the Bus Virtually during this difficult time.
During COVID-19, Britepaths is unable to operate our Food Pantry and is serving hungry families in our community by mailing them grocery store gift cards. By donating to Britepaths through this page, you will provide us funds to purchase grocery gift cards at a bulk discount to distribute to Fairfax County area families who are struggling due to the pandemic.
Families are referred to us for food assistance by social workers. Many families we are currently serving are receiving emergency assistance. A number of our mentored clients receive assistance for approximately four to six months to help them free up funds to pay down debts, save, and meet the budgeting goals they set with their mentors. Other Food Bridge initiatives include Our Daily Veggies farmers market vouchers and Food4Thought weekend food assistance for local students in need.

Workplace Giving – Does your employer match your charitable gifts? If so, you could double, even triple your gift to Britepaths! Contact your employer’s HR department to see if you can have your gift matched and to learn how to make it happen. Don't forget about the CFC Campaign or the United Way Campaign! If your employer participates in either of these campaigns, consider designating Britepaths. (CFC #82471 and United Way #9661)
