Carole Rogers

Carole joined Britepaths in August 2015 as the Financial Literacy Program assistant and now serves as the Financial Mentoring Manager. She focuses on bringing financial literacy education to low/moderate-income clients through the mentoring program, financial literacy classes, and financial coaching. She is passionate about financial education and its role in providing clients with long-term self-sufficiency.

Carole’s background in finance and banking provides her with the skills to successfully work with volunteers and educate clients. Prior to joining Britepaths, she worked as a bank manager for First Virginia Bank and an investment analyst for Fairfax County. She attended the American Banking Institute and Virginia Tech, earning a Bachelor of Science in finance.

In her spare time, Carole enjoys reading, hiking, and spending time with family and friends.
