Elsa Angel

Elsa joined Britepaths in January 2023 as the Financial Empowerment Center Coordinator and currently serves as the Programs and Operations Administrator. She assists with Fairfax County’s Volunteer Income Tax Assistant Program and Public Assistance and Employment Services programs.

She previously worked for the Federal government as a contractor for more than 22 years, including with the Departments of Veterans Affairs and Homeland Security.

Elsa is bilingual in English and Spanish. She likes to help others and enjoys spending time with her grandchildren and traveling.
