Gwendyl Harter

Gwendyl Harter has been an employee of Britepaths since 2015 and a volunteer since 2009. She began as Holiday Program Data Administrator, and now serves as Data Architect. Gwen is dedicated to working with program managers and the executive team to measure program effectiveness and impact. Gwen comes to Britepaths after 12 years in the Finance sector, where she worked as a software developer and project team lead. She moved to the nonprofit sector to directly engage with and support Fairfax County families. Recent work with the World Bank’s Measure4Change group at the Urban Institute have opened up new ways for Britepaths to evaluate our performance within the community through our data. Gwen also enjoys working with the community as a Robotics mentor for a local high school and as a Virginia Medical Reserve Corp volunteer. Gwen holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics and a Bachelor of Applied Science degree in Computer Science from the University of Pennsylvania.
