Nancy Frohman oversees Britepaths’ institutional grant portfolio, from relationship building to reporting, working to secure philanthropic support that sustains and expands Britepaths’ programs serving families across Northern Virginia.

With over 20 years of experience in nonprofit leadership, Nancy brings a deep understanding of fundraising, development, and corporate philanthropy. Her career spans senior roles at health, education, human services, and workforce development organizations in the U.S. and abroad, including the American Gastroenterological Association, the Foundation for Peripheral Neuropathy, the Career Resource Center (Illinois), and Singapore’s SingHealth Foundation, a grant-giving organization in the public health sector.

Earlier in her career, Nancy worked in international banking in New York and Asia, shaping her strategic and analytical approach to philanthropy. She has also advised nonprofits as a consultant and served on the boards of nonprofit organizations both domestically and overseas.

Nancy holds an MBA in Finance from the Thunderbird School of Global Management and a B.A. in International Relations and French from Duke University.

Whether advising nonprofits as a consultant or building partnerships from within, Nancy is passionate about connecting donors with opportunities that bring impact to the community and supporting nonprofits that drive meaningful, lasting change.

Nancy currently lives in Northern Virginia with her husband and rescue pup – enjoying all that the area has to offer and staying in touch with her two adult daughters.
